DESCRIPTION
Title.
Multi-lens device applicable to waterproof camera protection boxes.
Object of the invention.
The object of the invention is a multi-lens device applicable to waterproof camera protection boxes for underwater photography; presenting, said device, features that allow several lenses to be selectively accommodated and used through external controls, in a convenient and simple way and to attach the device to the front of the waterproof case without requiring additional accessories.
Field of application of the invention.
This invention is applicable in underwater photography and, especially, although not limited to macro photography (small motifs and short distances).
State of the art
Since the manufacturing of wet approach lenses to increase the size of the images began, lenses with more and more diopters have been created. Within the current underwater photography, there are several kinds of macro lenses that, to be used, must be coupled to mechanisms that allow their adaptation in the different models of frontals.
Specifically, folding brackets of wet lenses are known that have a central ring for coupling to a waterproof case of a photographic camera and at least one radial arm, folding, for the support of different lenses.

The radial arm or arms are mounted with respect to the central ring with the possibility of abatement between an operative position, in which the corresponding lens or lenses are arranged facing the frontal ring and an inoperative position, in which said arms are deployed and oriented radially. with respect to the central ring and, consequently, the lenses distanced from the central ring in the radial direction.
These folding supports are not particularly comfortable in handling and have the added disadvantage that in the unfolded position the arms occupy an important space, which can make it difficult to approach the subject to be photographed.
On the other hand, current macro lens devices use bodies of greater or lesser extent depending on the crystals they house, whose size is determined by the number of crystals that the lens has. Thus, it is necessary to acquire a specific lens model for each diopter that is used. The 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 diopter lenses being the most common standards
Therefore, the technical problem that arises is the development of a multi-lens device applicable to waterproof camera protection boxes that avoids the use of additional accessories for coupling and use; that allows to incorporate in a small space and selectively use lenses of different diopters according to the needs, facilitating the change of lenses and reducing the volume compared to existing systems.
Description of the invention
In order to achieve the proposed objectives, the multi-lens device object of the invention has suitable construction features to avoid having to carry additional accessories for coupling, since it has a system that allows adaptation to any type of front that has a standard thread, or to an adapter that attaches to the front and that has said standard thread; and enable selective use in a very comfortable, simple and, depending on the needs, several lenses of different diopters housed therein.

This multi-lens device makes it easier and more convenient to use macro lenses in dives where the user needs to use lenses of different magnification capacities depending on their needs when taking photographs.
According to the invention, this device comprises a hollow, sealed body, provided with a front face with a front window, and a rear face with a rear mouth, aligned with the front window that houses the objective and provided with means of coupling to said front which in turn is coupled to a waterproof protection box of a camera; presenting, said hollow body, an inner cavity in which at least one carrier frame with at least one macro or magnifying lens is mounted. Each portalentes frame is connected to a mechanism of manual operation and enabled of coplanar movement; that is to say, in the same plane of the bearer frame, between an operative position in which the corresponding lens or lenses are arranged parallel to the front window and the rear mouth, and facing them; and an inoperative position in which said lenses are held parallel to the front window and the rear mouth, but displaced laterally therein.
In a preferred embodiment the device comprises two bearer frames, for the support of interchangeable macro lenses, said bearer frames being arranged in planes parallel to the front window.
The coupling means of the rear mouth of the device, with a waterproof case for photographic camera, comprise a threaded ring arranged around said rear mouth and which allows its adaptation to any type of flat front of a waterproof case.
In one embodiment of the invention, the manual actuation mechanism of each of the carrier frames comprises: a cam having a first end fixed by means of an axis to a trigger disposed outside the body of the device, and a second end coupled by middle of an axis and with the possibility of turning to a point on the periphery of the corresponding frame, so that when the trigger is turned in one direction or another, the axis transmits a turning movement to the cam; causing, said cam, a

coplanar displacement of the corresponding frame holder inside the body of the device towards an operative position or an inoperative position.
The individualized actuation of each of the lens support frames allows the positioning of one or more magnification lenses in the operative position.
This device, beyond the technological innovations that it entails, provides substantial economic savings and an improvement in comfort of use by the elimination of extra accessories.

- Figures 8 and 9 show similar views to Figures 4 and 5, with the first bearer frame in an inoperative position and the second bearer frame in operative position.
- Figures 10 and 11 show similar views to Figures 4 and 5 with the two leading frames in operative position.
Preferred embodiment of the invention.
The multi-lens device shown in Figures 1 to 3 comprises a hollow body (1) formed in this case by two front and rear half shells (11, 12) respectively, which define an anterior face with a front window (13) closed by a transparent lens or plate, and a rear face with a rear mouth (14) aligned with the front window (13).
Said rear mouth (14) is provided with coupling means to a waterproof case of a photographic camera, constituted in the figures attached by a threaded ring (2) mounted tightly and with the possibility of rotation with respect to said rear mouth (14).
The body (1) of the multi-lens device defines an inner cavity in which two bearer frames (3a, 3b), anterior and posterior respectively, are mounted, which allow displacement between an operative position and an inoperative position.
A macro lens (31a) is mounted on the front bearer frame (3a) and two macro lenses (31b, 32b) are mounted on the rear bearer frame (3b); said lenses (31a, 31b, 32b) being interchangeable with others with a greater or lesser number of diopters.
Each of the supporting frames (3a, 3b) is connected to a manually operated mechanism (4a, 4b), operable from the outside of the body (1) and which

it allows to move it individually between an operative position in which the corresponding lenses (31a) (31b, 32b) are arranged in parallel and facing the front window (13) and the rear mouth (14); and an inoperative position in which said lenses (31a) (31b, 32b) are arranged laterally offset with respect to the front window (13) and the rear mouth (14).
In the example shown, each of the mechanisms (4a, 4b) comprises a cam (41a, 41b) which has: a first end fixed by means of an axis (42a, 42b) to a trigger (43a, 43b) of actuation disposed outside the body (1) of the device; and a second end coupled with the possibility of rotation, by means of the corresponding axis of rotation (44a, 44b), to a point on the periphery of the corresponding frame (3a, 3b).
As shown in Figures 4 and 5, in a certain position of the triggers (43a, 43b), the bearing frames (3a, 3b) are arranged in parallel in an inoperative position and displaced laterally with respect to the front window (13) and to the rear mouth (14) of the device.
As shown in Figures 6 and 7, when the trigger (43a) of the drive mechanism (4a) is operated manually and in a certain direction of rotation, the shaft (42a) transmits said rotation movement to the cam (41a) and, in turn, said cam (41a) causes the movement of the first frame holder (3a) towards an operative position in which it is disposed, with the corresponding lens (31a), facing the front window (13) and the mouth rear (14) of the device.
When the trigger (43a) is operated in the opposite direction, the carrier frame (3a) returns to the inoperative position of Figures 4 and 5.
As shown in Figures 8 and 9, by manually activating the trigger (43b), the displacement of the second carrier frame (3b) is also achieved, with the lenses (31a and 31b), towards an operating position in which It has opposite the front window (13) of the multi-lens device.
By activating the two triggers (43a, 43b) it is achieved, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, that the two bearer frames (3b and 3b) are arranged in an operative position with their lenses (31a, 31b and 32b) parallel and aligned with the front window (13) and with the rear mouth (14) of the multi-lens device.
